SCOPE OF SERVICES
Madlen Assistant offers AI-powered content creation, data analysis, workflow automation, and other productivity solutions. The Services are continuously developed and may change over time.
1.1. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of the organization.
1.2. Account Security
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. If you detect unauthorized use of your account information, you must notify us immediately.
AI AND GENERATED CONTENT
2.1. Responsibility for AI-Generated Content
Madlen Assistant generates AI-powered content. However, the content produced is not guaranteed to be accurate, and users are required to review it for any errors.
2.2. The "80-20" Approach
Approximately 80% of the content produced by AI is presented as drafts. Users are expected to review and modify the remaining 20% to verify and finalize it.
2.3. Incorrect or Misleading Content
You acknowledge that content generated by Madlen Assistant may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify and correct the content.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
3.1. Personal Data and GDPR Compliance
Madlen Teknoloji places great importance on the protection of personal data. The personal data you provide while using our services will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations such as the KVKK and GDPR. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
3.2. Processing of User Data
The data you provide while using the Services may be processed to ensure the functionality of the platform.
Anonymous data analysis may be conducted to support the development of the platform.
3.3. Third-Party Integrations
Madlen Assistant may integrate with third-party services. However, these services may have different privacy policies, and Madlen Teknoloji is not responsible for their privacy practices.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services in the following ways:
Copyright Infringement: Violate intellectual property rights belonging to others.
Illegal Use: Engage in fraud, illegal activities, or create harmful content.
Dissemination of Misleading Information: Create or distribute fake news or misleading information.
Abuse of AI: Manipulate, abuse, or threaten the security of the AI infrastructure.
Madlen Teknoloji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any of these prohibited uses are detected.
FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
5.1. Pricing
Madlen Assistant may offer some services for free, but advanced features may require a paid subscription.
Updated pricing information will be announced on the platform.
5.2. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscriptions, but no refunds will be issued.
If a subscription is canceled, the services will remain available until the end of the billing period.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
6.1. "As Is" Provision
Madlen Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
Madlen Teknoloji shall not be liable for:
Damages arising from incorrect or incomplete content produced through the Services.
Unavailability of the Services for any reason.
Direct or indirect losses, loss of income, or loss of data.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL TERMS
7.1. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
7.2. Mandatory Arbitration
Any disputes between the parties will first attempt to be resolved through negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, arbitration will be used to settle the dispute.
7.3. Waiver of Class Action
Users waive the right to file a class action lawsuit against Madlen Teknoloji.
TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
Users can delete their accounts at any time.
Madlen Teknoloji may suspend or terminate the account immediately in case of violations or misuse.
When an account is deleted, user data may be retained or deleted according to applicable legal regulations.
