The Madlen Assistant is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline workflows and enhance productivity for its users.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Madlen Assistant provides AI-powered content creation, data analysis, business process automation, and other productivity solutions. The Services are continuously evolving and may change over time.

1.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms.

1.2. Account Security

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. If you detect any unauthorised use of your account credentials, you must notify us immediately.

2. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND GENERATED CONTENT

2.1. Responsibility for AI-Generated Content

The Madlen Assistant produces AI-generated content. However, generated content does not carry a guarantee of accuracy and must be reviewed by users for any errors.

2.2. The "80-20" Approach

Approximately 80% of AI-generated content is presented as a draft. Users are expected to review, verify, and where necessary edit the remaining 20%.

2.3. Inaccurate and Misleading Content

You acknowledge that content generated by the Madlen Assistant may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Responsibility for verification and correction rests entirely with the user.

3. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

3.1. Personal Data and GDPR Compliance

Madlen Technology attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. Personal data you provide while using our Services is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR. For further details, please review our Privacy Policy.

3.2. Processing of User Data

• Data you provide while using the Services may be processed to ensure the platform's functionality.
• Anonymised data analysis may be carried out to support the development of the platform.

3.3. Third-Party Integrations

The Madlen Assistant may integrate with third-party services. However, those services may have different privacy policies, and Madlen Technology is not responsible for the privacy practices of such services.

4. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services in the following ways:

Madlen Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any of these prohibited uses are detected.

5. FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

5.1. Pricing

• The Madlen Assistant may offer some services free of charge, but advanced features may require a paid subscription.
• Updated pricing information will be announced on the platform.

5.2. Subscription Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription, but no refunds will be issued.
• If a subscription is cancelled, the services remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

6.1. "As Is" Provision

The Madlen Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

Madlen Technology shall not be held liable for:

• Damages arising from content generated through the Services being inaccurate or incomplete.
• The service becoming inaccessible for any reason.
• Direct or indirect losses, loss of revenue, or loss of data.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL CONDITIONS

7.1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

7.2. Mandatory Arbitration

Any disputes arising between the parties will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, arbitration will apply.

7.3. Class Action Waiver

Users waive their right to bring class action lawsuits against Madlen Technology.

8. TERMINATION

• Users may delete their account at any time.
• Madlen Technology may immediately suspend an account in the event of violations or misuse.
• Upon account deletion, user data may be retained or deleted in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
